Flamingoes in Jacksonville

Got another photo featured on onesmallseed. Feels pretty cool knowing i'm getting my name out there along with hundreds of other people who get featured. Thank you to my willing sister for jumping in front of the camera for me.

I finally made a decision as to what I'm going to study!

After much deliberation and panic attacks, i tink i made the right choice. I t was inevitable really. In the end, you will choose what you wnated to do in the first place, so why not do that now. So, i have decided to go study Fine Arts next year, with a major in psychology. The best of both worlds, i would say.

I know the art industry is one that people avoid like the plague (and apparently bad cliche's), but i just have this feeling that if i just do wha i know i love, i will make it work. That might be naive.. but what the hell.

I decided to go study at Rhodes, because not only are they the only university that can offer me psychology with fine art, but i believe they have an AMAZING art department. In all seriousness, i would say that they are better, or on par, with Michealis. So yes, thats one big life decision sorted out. Now I'm just contemplating whether or not i should cancell my NBT's, because a) i dont need to write them for Rhodes and b) i REALLY dont want to write them.

Oh yes... the title "Flamingoes in Jacksonville" is inspired by my latest obsession with Brandon Flower's album 'flamingo' and one of my favourite songs is 'Jacksonville'.
