Here are some more pics from our Botswana trip. In order to get our campsite we had to cross the Boteti river which flooded the previous year. This wide expanse of water is a sight to see in the middle of this arid land.
Anyway, we paid a few Pula and drove our car onto a boat and processed to the other side in style. One more thing I can tick off my bucket list: "crossing a river in a car parked on a boat."
